Stillness…

I haven’t posted anything in a while—life has been crazy for us and it won’t be slowing down any time soon! Em had pneumonia last week (her third time—poor baby!), and this week we’re playing catch-up and trying to get ready for some upcoming events… I will have a better blog post for you in a week or two, but for now, just a photo reminder to myself to slow down once in a while to savor the little things! I was doing the dishes a few days ago, and waiting for a friend to come over—we were going to polish our silver together and drink lemon drops. ;-P And out the window in the rain, I saw my dogwood tree from my mom, with the raindrops glistening against the stormy sky. So I grabbed the camera and ran out for a little break.
