My First Set of Twins!

I still remember the day my friend told me she was pregnant with her second set of twins—it feels like yesterday (to me, anyway—perhaps not to her! 😉 ), and yet here they are! They are tiny and precious and absolutely adorable… They were 11 days old, and so sleepy and sweet… I am a pretty inexperienced newborn photographer (only having done it twice before, with singletons, here and here), but these two (and their wonderful parents!) made it as easy on me as they could! I learned a lot that I will probably forget by next time as I do this so rarely. I need to back out a lot more, and shoot from more varying angles, and when there are two babies, I need to open up my aperture a bit more than I did.  I thought I had compensated for that, but apparently not enough in some images.

This year’s Christmas card shoot should prove to be interesting—LOL!
